Manufacturer Exporter & Merchant Exporter
A Manufacturer Exporter is one, who produces products/goods and exports them. On the other hand, a Merchant Exporter is a businessman, who buys products/goods and exports them.So if one has a Merchant Exporter licence, then they can buy and export, On the other hand, the Manufacturer Exporter licence holder can produce and exports. If one has both type licence, then they can do both type of export, as buy and export & produce and export.
